Our team

We’re a team of neuroscientists, artist managers, data scientists, AI experts, music journalists, recording artists, marketers, and international guest speakers. 

Our team members have gained advanced graduate and post-graduate qualifications in Neuroscience, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence and held senior technical, creative, and strategic roles at numerous global music and technology companies.

As artist managers, we’ve driven multi-faceted international campaigns, including BRIT, Ivor Novello, and GRAMMY-nominated album projects and global tours. As Product Design and UX experts, we’ve led Customer Experience and Product Development team on Global Player, one of the Apple App Store’s most popular music apps. 

We’ve also developed careers as internationally recognised songwriter and public-facing recording artists, and performed on international festival main stages; founded data-driven digital branding and marketing companies; been interviewed on BBC Two’s Newsnight and MTV’s Breaks podcast; spoken at domestic and international universities; and written for the Guardian and HuffPost. 

We’re fascinated by behavioural analytics, brand identity, and consumer psychology and believe that our carefully developed combination of creativity and data-driven decision-making has supercharged our product skills.
