Sub-processors

To provide the Backline platform we engage the third-party service providers below to process data on our behalf. This page is referenced by our Data Processing Agreement and supplements Privacy Policy §6. Our primary data-hosting region is the EU; where a provider processes data outside the UK or EEA, that transfer is covered by an appropriate safeguard (UK IDTA or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as described in the DPA.
Providers are engaged only to the extent needed to deliver the platform. Some, such as advertising, ticketing, or newsletter providers, process data only where a Client connects that integration.

Changes and notifications
We give advance notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor that processes personal data. To be notified of changes, email ds@backlineagency.co.uk and ask to be added to sub-processor change notifications. Clients may object on reasonable data-protection grounds as set out in the DPA.
